Königshausen & Neumann
The Königshausen & Neumann publishing house from Würzburg was founded in 1979 by Johannes Königshausen and Thomas Neumann. One focus of the Würzburg publishing house on Leistenstrasse is the production and distribution of books from the fields of humanities and cultural studies. The main topics include philosophy, literary studies, English, German, folklore, musicology, medicine, psychology and pedagogy, and many dissertations and habilitation theses are also published. The publisher has its own printing press and publishes around 240 new titles per year, including audio books. So far over 6000 titles have been published.
